The Sharebox group is seeking several self-going remote customer service representatives to join our amazing team.

Sharebox has developed a sharing platform including hardware and devices for safe exchange of keys and other smaller objects. The key sharing solution are hosted today with 103.000 users. Sharebox continues to innovate by growing a suite of products to become a complete customer management solution for short-term vacation rental, car rental, car sales/workshops, property managers and logistics companies.

Remote Customer Service Representative:
We need several handymen/women with all their own tools to step up on onsite technical service and support of the cabinets. Shareboxes are mounted on various types of walls such as wood, drywall, concrete, tile, etc. This person should be able to handle minor technical service and securely do onsite maintenance without hesitation. At times cabinets may also need to be uninstalled or relocated so being able to patch up drywall and other materials is a plus!

Requirements:
We'll trust you to go to one of our Sharebox locations to check out any technical issues. This can range from a system being unplugged, and even replacing/repairing parts for the system. In any case, our customer support team will always be online to assist you through these tasks.

Site-survey:
Another part of this position is surveying potential new locations in the area as we will expand our business. For this, you will represent Sharebox as we will send you to meet with the owner/manager of these stores. Being able to follow precise directions and being highly responsive on the go is essential. Having a smart phone capable of uploading photos from anywhere into our chat system is also critical for success. You will need to have a good eye for finding optimal spots to install our system that are easy to locate for our short-term rental vacation hosts and their guests.
